Got myself an XR6 Turbo, BF MkII with the phoon bottom end.

Mods -
Changed dump pipe
15psi
60lb injectors
fuel pump
F6 2nd intake thing
blacked-out Process West intercooler
XR badges in place of Ford badges (anyone wants to swap, I don't like them)
18% tint
lowered 2" and has a whiteline swaybar
Autometer Cobalt series vac/boost gauge and voltmeter in a bi-pod cup

Other than that it's standard with the ZF auto, has just clicked over 100,000km, has 323rwkw/430-odd rwhp according to the converter on my phone, previous owner ran it at 12.0 and Simon at XFT apparently ran it at 11.8

Cheers,
Jais

No probs, thanks Steve.

Although someone did mention the notion of no further plans, I suppose I should put your mind at ease.

It's going to get Tein's with edbc and either AP or Brembo calipers with 355mm front discs. First it needs the tailshaft fixed though because the tailshaft's rear CV joint is shot and leaking grease so wave bye-bye to $800 at Ford. Then she also wants leather seats so the dog fur is easier to clean, and I want a DVD player and proper sound system in it for highway driving. Rims.... I don't know there's so much more choice in this offset than I'm used to after owning e-series' for years, but they'll have to be at least 18" to clear the pots when they go on. I actually wouldn't mind the AU3 "Azzuro" rims like I used to have on a ute but see what happens.

The reasons this isn't a super high priority for mods is that 1) it's the daily for the missus; 2) I'm happy with how quick it gets up and boogies for now; 3) I have a 94 Fairmont that's the main money sucker right now, then next on the agenda is my XG to turn into a proper skidpig plus running R&M on a '74 F-100. So until I have all that sorted we are relying on the BF to run around with.

Thanks for listening :P

If you fit Brembos you have about 10 choices for rim selection. Of which half are FPV rims.

Yep, can be a problem with clearance on good offset rims.

it's true... but if look elsewhere than the Tempe catalogue you will find a lot more rims :)
