Is there any place in Perth that sells these rubber caps for these earphones? Dont really feel like paying shippings costs off ebay for something worth $4...

Headphonic (http://headphones.com.au) springs to mind. Pack of 5 pairs for $24?

Got mine from headphones.com.au but I reckon JB hifi's and DJ shops would carry them.

People seem to find the aftermarket comply tips perform much better than the factory standard ones.

JB Hifi or something similar sell them. I have a pack of 9 spares (used 1) in my backpack for work.

I tried foam tips on another set of earphones and they were uncomfy and didn't block out as much background noise. Are the Sennheiser ones a lot better quality in general?

I've got about 4 sets of the rubber ones (never used) if anyone wants them!
