Has anyone got the opportunity to see it this morning? It's supposed to happen once every 100 years or so apparently.

I got up at 5:30, was fully visible, even early when the sun came out and sky turned blue, stars no longer were visible, but the planets were, looked great.

Got some crappy pics, but probably not worth posting.

Was wondering if it was visable to naked eye, apparently its going to last around a fortnight so plenty of chance to see it

Yeah wandered outside in my tightie whities this morning, after seeing a thing on the early news about it. Stood there in the back yard in all my dishevelled glory scratching my nuts, heard a cough, and looked over to see the next door neighbour doing exactly the same thing. :D

I used the google sky map app, it's fairly useful to pinpoint where it is.

By the way, at the same time I was looking at this, I saw the International Space Station fly by too! Took just over a minute to fly across the sky, was hell bright!!! Coudln't confuse it for the stars.

Looked awesome when the sun was just coming up and the stars disappeared but you could still see the planets for a while.
