View Full Version : AVOID kwinana fwy north bound

just got home.. was driving south bound on the kwinana fwy.. noticed on the other side alot of cops/fire brigade/ambos

not sure whats happened but just after the canning hwy entry point there has been some sort of massive crash.. right next to the road work crew, its banked up all the way past south st so avoid if you can

hopefully nothing bad has happened but it didn't look good

a small truck rolled it. Looked pretty smashed up from what i could see.

Just came thru it all now too. Traffic was still doing 20-30km most of the way down from south st up untill the city.

Got through it at about 2:50pm, but got off at Canning, was pretty bad then. As I was getting on to Manning the fire trucks were going the opposite way, must've only happened 5-10 minutes before then?

Yeah, i rolled through about 2.40 and no ambulance/police there yet.

Chick at work got a twitter message about it so I looked on my traffic cams app on my phone, you could clearly see the truck sideways against the guard rail, right after the freeway onramp from canning hwy.

when anything happens on the side of the road, every fuckwit in western australia stops & has a sticky beak whilst delaying traffic even further

Works great all the time. Uses main roads cameras. The only time it won't work is when the cameras are down, obviously.
