I do, but we don't play around with 1 off stuff, soooo I guess I can't help you out. Worst comes to worst I could probably give you a ball park of what it might cost.

I'd contact Ross or Matt for the current build. I have not used them for any work directly but have heard from a few reliable sources that their work is good quality.

Daisy/esky can only build in excess of $1M+ other wise it is just not worth it as they arent a company that has 100 builds on at a time that they can share the indirect costs over.

You either do it yourself or go to a home builder.

Price it up yourself. not really that hard, send out plans to various trades/suppliers. Im sure a fair amount of people on here can point you in the right direction for places to use.
