We've just ordered a ct-12 to replace the rooted ct-9, by-passed the intake clutch (it seems to stop the turbo from spooling until higher rpms) and now looking into a cheapish way of managing it.

Looking to smash in around 10-12psi, so just a few q's. Its not worth the money of taking it somewhere, but just looking for what the options are.

Would a SAFC handle diesel? Not so much info floating around! Will be trying toymods, but I thought I'd try here.

Cheers!

i dont think an safc will do the trick, theres a diesel place in welshpool that tunes turbo applications like yours, maybe give them a call and see what they say

just buy an egt gauge. as long as it has black smoke on power, its fine. diesels dont pop from running lean. i wound 12 pound into my old landcruise and never had a problem. just wind fuel and boost in and ake sure egt's dont really go much past 850-900 degrees.

^^ what he said, egt guage and find out how to change fuel pressure from your pump, wind in boost and fuel till egt's get too high and then wind it back a bit
will be plenty of guides online telling you how to do it
let us know how it goes!
