Any website designers here?

I work for a boutique law firm in Perth that is considering a new website.

We have quotes from a few major businesses and they're certainly okay, but incorporation breeds mediocrity. I'm interested in what an up-and-coming freelancer might provide.

What we're looking for is:
- a new professional website designed from the ground up, on a similar level as those of Perth's major firms, around 6-10 pages;
- possibly some graphic design or assistance obtaining stock images;
- assistance obtaining hosting; and
- additional features like search engine optimisation and content management systems.
