If anyone knows of anything going on where I can get a leg into the industry, it would be greatly appreciated! I'm getting out of my current role, I never planned to be in it as long as I have - My plan was always to get a trade I can fall back into if needs be, I've paid my dues and its time to move on!

Qualifications;

Trade Certificate of ‘General Butchery’ No.266935A1
Certificate Three in ‘Meat Processing’ No. MTM30800
Certificate Three in ‘Meat Retailing’ No. MTM30800
Total Meat Solutions Award for Best Stage Two Meat Industry Apprentice 2007

STCW ‘95 (No. BB016472)
Certificate ‘Personal Survival Techniques’ No. 1991
Certificate ‘Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities’ No. 2380
Certificate ‘Fire Prevention And Fire Fighting’ No. 01896
Certificate ‘Elementary First Aid’ No. 1365
St John of Gods ‘Senior First Aid’ HLTFA301B

So I'm pretty much led to belive the most qualified position I can lean into would be a steward, offshore obviously. If there are any openings for apprentice HD fitters I am more than happy to accept!

Hey Ben do you recruit for rig work only or do you cover production platforms and land plants? Even 3rd party offshore service companies?

Been working offshore as a 'service supervisor' for some time... always have an ear to the ground for steps in the right direction.

I work for Halliburton... closest thing to being a prostitute with clothes on. Where there's work, I get whored to. Just got back from a 3 month stint in Vietnam though, that was one of the very few perks.

Worked on Transocean, Diamond, SeaDrill, Ensco, Atwood, blah blah blah rigs.

Trying to grab a rotation in PNG at the moment though. Becoming a land lubber.

Ahhh nice nice I just went back to diamond as a rousty am on the ocean America currently, there's a few 3rd party boys kicking around the forums!

Ah I think a few guys from Ocean Epoch when to the America when the BHP contract ended? May be another one I'm thinking of.... Patriot or something?

Haven't worked on a lot of Diamond rigs tbh.
