Finally got the gtr on the road over the w'end, big thanks to Danny and tha boyz (Imports101) for getting it ready. Was the best day of my life when I picked it up. It was pouring down, windy and cold, but I didn't care. I had my beast, and as far as I was concerned, that was all that mattered.

Unfortunately, 1 turbo seems like it's already up for retirement, which is ok, as Id planned to upgrade anyway. So it's now back in the garage getting r34 N1's, injectors, catch can and tuned to run 1 bar.

Should be back on the streets again real soon.

nice work, another very clean example. appears to be in a fairly stock form?

*while we're on the subject of 32 GTR's, i have noticed that the turbos seem to go on these shortly after arriving. Can someone please explain why this is the case, i mean alot of these cars havent done a large no. of k's?

Does look nice straight and clean ;)

Few things I noticed however (Being a GTR Trainspotter now!)

Clear repeater lights on the side...mine dont have repeater lights at all..?
Also on your centre console you have a raised section where your left leg would rest, whats under that I dont have that either..?

Also how come your changing your injectors..?
Factory ECU won't like that ! :(

Clear indicators are a latter model thing, earlier models do not have them.

That bolt on plastic bit on the centre console is wierd, check that **** out

Factory ECU won't like that ! :(yeah that raised bit is like a padded knee rest, there's also one on the right hand side. It's kinda weird at first, but actually very comfortable when cornering hard! It's also got this factory changer controller for the 10 disc stacker, its like integrated into the console next to the handbrake. Ive never seen one before.

Clear repeaters were put on for compliance, but I believe you can pass without them?...Anyway, they look good with the grey paint imo!

With the injectors, I will be running them with the Wolf V4, so there will be no drama's there! Bit of a piss-off with the turbo crapping itself already, but like dori said, its a 15yo performance car, and hence has probably been driven accordingly. Overall tho, Im stoked :)

i have no idea why the compliance would put on side repeaters apart from ripping you off... go get a refund :)

you're right mate, it's stock as. In fact, it still had the pill in it, suffice to say it's prolly never seen an increase of boost in its life, which is a bonus for me, i guess!!

GTR turbos are crap anyway...bloody ceramic wheel *grrrr* wish mine would **** themselves so as make me pull my finger out and upgrade them...as it is I'm to lazy :)

But when I do upgrade I will more than likely go to ATS in O'Connor, he will rebuild your Current turbos, Machine the Housing, and fit Steel T28 comp and exhaust wheels (Or Steel T25 wheels if you like) for around $1000ea.

He did similar to my old VLT turbo on R31 and it never missed a beat, and produced great numbers on the dyno ;)

Just a thought for you ;)

Not sure why they made you fit repeaters for compliance?.....but from what i've seen Compliance and Licensing is far from an exact science!

Apexi low mounts would be the f*cking sh*t, but I really cant afford much more thatn 5K for my upgrade!
