4x2 options.

Looking at getting a 4x2 for carrying around work tools and towing a drift shitter from home to barbagello and home to collie. Maybe the odd trip with a jetski and a trailer full of crap to the tip.
No preference over petrol or diesel but i suspect diesel will be the go for towing?

mitsi triton got a single cab tray back at work hauls about big ass truck axles with no trouble.
Thing my boss paid around the $17k mark. They have some crazy 10year warrenty on driveline so pretty much cant go wrong

my mate had one was slow as fuck my 2.4 petrol hilux on 33's beat him in a drag, but towing it was unreal has heaps of torque, he towed my hilux out of the bush one day this included up a steep rutted hill in low range had no drama reckons he just sat in 2nd and pretty much idled up the hill.

Mazda have brand new Diesel BT50 single cabs with an alloy tray on special for $22k driveaway.

I buy toyota hiluxs for work and the equivalent (albeit with a steel tray instead of the mazdas aluminium) cost me early $30's.

From all reports there is nothing wrong with the new Mazdas.
