When is it going to stop! People loosing houses and property running scared from what someone out there thinks is funny. I think that the justice system needs to step uo and show people we will not tolerate this behavior any more.
Hope they get caught and get dealt with like the old days:slap:

I think they should bring back capital punishment. As long as it doesn't drag on to wasteful years waiting on death row, and it is all swift system - should help deter a lot of idiots from doing this type of stuff.
That, or cut off hands/limbs.

Eye for an eye - the perpetrator(s) take pleasure in watching things burn, so burn everything they own and don't give them the satisfaction of watching.

Nope, then they become dependant on the welfare system then, if they weren't already.
Im keen for public lashings for these people. Fucking scum. I know if I had my house burnt down by one and I got my chance with the prick that lit it, I would have the potential to head to prison for quite some time.
Same for anyone damaging my property/breaking into my house. I actually fear the day to be honest.

I think after burning everything they own (and again if they re-offend), they'd slowly get the idea.
What other option do we have? Chuck them into jail for 4 years, then upon release they re-offend because they didn't learn that what they did was wrong, possibly due to the fact that our prisoners are treated too well?
The law system in this state/country is a joke - Little boy Johnny gets a slap on the wrist for doing the wrong thing, when people have potentially lost everything - and I'm not talking about just arson here...

Agreed, get all their shit and burn it, fucking shit pingpingpingpings. If that fails set fire to their genitals.
lol @ increasing punishment, it won't do anything to stop people doing illegal things.

Apparently it's now endangering lives? Fucker who lit it deserves to be doused in petrol and set alight - who honestly goes around at 3am lighting fires?

Highway patrol should have been onto it as soon as there was smoke :P
So no houses burnt yet?? Spose that's one good thing. Fingers crossed it stays that way.

Simple, anyone caught lighting fires must pay back every cent that is spent in fighting the fire and repairing any damage. This payment would be garnished from their wages or dole payments and would be a substantial amount not some pissweak $5 a week. Any hardship caused by this is simply tough fucking luck fuckhead. But it would never happen due to the high amount of intellectually challenged do gooders and soft cocks having a cry.

+1 Ricey.
if i may be so bold to say, we need less 'do-gooders' and a few more 'do some harsh shit..ers' in society.
i've said it before, and i'll re-iterate, start cutting off fingers of these arseholes, they'll either learn a lesson, or run out of chances to flick a lighter.
