Im building an office down Cockburn way and need about 70 sq m of wood/laminate flooring. Need to be on a real budget as its probably only going to be a 2 year lease. Ive been into a few shops and was not really impressed with there advise so Can you guys recommend anyone???

I went to Carpet Warehouse in Canning Vale (Big Yellow Building) on Bannister rd and got my floating floors from there. Guy i spoke to was pretty helpful

Have you thought of wood look vynal? Easier to maintain and won't start warping after 6 months like the cheap laminates do.
If your willing to travel to Balcatta go to Cambridge Carpets speak to Bill.

The german stuff they do at Parry's has stood up to 4 years of abuse at my place so far and its still looks the goods. Just make sure you use 8mm thickness at a minimum. The 6mm stuff they sell as "residential" is the stuff that usually warps after 6 months

I sell it, shoot me a PM if your keen.
I too have used the German click lock system.
Its still perfect after 5 years.
Make sure you install the sound proofing underlay first. Thats the important thing.
