there is a shop in the malaga markets that sells stainless shit cheap.. I will swing by tomorrow if I have time and see if they have them for ya.

If not there is a kitchen wholesale supply place on newcastle street northbridge that isnt badly priced usually.

Other than trawling gumtree etc for s/h ones you might have some luck calling around commercial kitchen fitout mobs.

Last time i was in Ross's salavage they had quite abit of commerical cooking/heating gear and associated bits and pieces that go with it.

If you want SOR try National Food Services on Belmont ave in Belmont. This stuff is surprisingly cheap and there are about 30 different sizes.

They are open on a Saturday morning aswell if that helps.
