Depends what you want to spend.
Most bluetooth earpieces work afaik. The PS3 headset is shit tho, dont waste your coin (ends up making my ear sore after about 10mins.) $57 from jbhifi.

I have a set for my xbox360 (not that model tho) and they go alright. Can tune out the TV and just have the sound etc running through your headset which is good for late night antilag races ;)

I use my BlueAnt Z9i. Any bluetooth headset will work.
