Standard Diffs In S13's

Hi all,
A friend of mine recently purchased a sr20det S13. He says it does single peggers, however my understanding is they come stock with an lsd diff, i.e. making them a suitable car for drift etc. I was just a bit confused since i drove a 180sx around the same year and that had lsd, seeing as a sr s13 has more power i would of definately thought they came with ls.
Can someone please clarify this?

check if it did come sr20det from the factory, if it didnt they probably didnt put in a lsd in it, or the lsd might have worn out.

SR20DET s13s were factory LSD, seems like your mates has copped a few too many doriftos and is now single pegger, unless it was NA in its previous life and they forgot about the LSD conversion....
