Its tight as f**k & looks like a special tool is needed to engage/unscrew the cover?

I dont want to break the glass cover or stuff it up for the new owner :)

I think people are getting at that it's a relatively easy thing to do.

Quick google came up with this

Q:I have a Simpson Evolution 906 Fan Forced Oven and the light bulb has burned out. The light bulb is inside the oven at the back wall and it doesn't come loose to exchange it.

A:I think the biggest majority of your problem is the baked on grease and grim. Use some oven cleaner around the globe cover, and try some hot soapy water after that. If nothing else, it should help you loosen the cover enough to unscrew and get the globe out.

Sounds like it should just unscrew?

yes, i googled it yesterday & tried it myself.

the oven is clean, but after 9 years it stuck - hard, thats why i want someone else who can do it.
the house is sold, so i cant afford any stuff ups/breakages etc.

Call the agent you sold the house through. They will have a handyman that can come out to fix it for you.
