Smallest I can find is about 25mm (1") which fits inside my spare head's intake ports fine but unfortunately it's too big to fit all the way inside the exhaust ports.
So far I've checked Bunnings, Super Cheap, Malz...any one have any other ideas as to where I could find something around the 15-20mm mark? Found a bundle of 5 on eBay for $15 but if I can find something local that'd be great.
They have to be relatively stiff wire bristles, also.

Will have to wait till tomorrow but I would try Coventrys or Rudds Industrial Supplies on the corner of Kewdale and Welshpool road.

Hmm yeah I saw those, it's just there's a few little crevices that I didn't think they'd be able to get in to.
If I can't find a smaller wire wheel brush I'll give them a go, cheers.

Can the flap wheels be found in a variety of grits?
I'm just giving the head a basic DIY clean n shit before I smash it back together to sell it off or put it in my daily.

yes they come in diffrent grains.
Another option if u wanna be really cheap is to get a piece of 10mm steel rod and on the end cut a slot about 20-30mm deep, then cut a strip of sand paper be it wet and dry or what ever the same width as the slot and how ever long u need, the larger the hole the longer strip u cut.
Then slide the paper into the slot and wrap it arround the rod until u achieve the thickness u need. Now chuck it in ur drill and go for it. The end hanging off will whip about and smooth of any edges or u can press it into take down any large burs.

Man if your doing a head port (which i think you maybe) best thing to use is cartridge rolls. Im currently doing a head port on my rb26 atm. I purchased a cyclinder head porting kit of ebay which is used with my die grinder (1/4' collet size) works a treat. They even provide you with cross buffs to polish the fuck outta ally. So far ive removed the exhaust port bumps cleaned up the bowl areas and mirror polished the exhaust ports. The end result i got from this kit was amazing.
