Ok, i know that a bunch of you on here are IT Nerds..........I am not.

Setting up a new email account on outlook and having some trouble.

I can send an email but when i go to receive one it keeps asking me to enter my user name and password.

short of smashing my mouse into the keyboard im out of ideas.

help?

Don't worry, I had to go around Alans' house to fix his wireless router after his family had set it up.... Those on/off switches are pretty fucking complicated!
