R33 Sedan

Anyone on here got a S1.5 / S2 33 Sedan ? Ive purchased the rear lights / garnish and cannot get the garnish to clear the bootlock. It sticks out too far. Have removed the plastic seal to push it in a further 4mm but it wont let the garnish sit flush. Just wondering if someone could measure the length of the lock for me ?

you prob know more but sure its not a non turbo garnish as im 70% sure they are different to turbo sedans

really ? wouldnt have a clue i just assumed they were all the same. the bolts line up perfectly fine but the lock wont allow a nice fitment. otherwise ill remove the lock and cover the hole, then get the garnish smoothed over when its painted.
