If they were to take this down due to being a scam it would cause a massive tidal wave of hell for ebay. If they were to take this down they would then need to take down all of the "real" jesus cookies/toast/beans ect that get posted up.

Its very very clever to be honest because as soon as the words "How can you sell something that doesn't exsist" come about the anti-theists will have a field day.

I for one will be bidding hard for cookie jesus.
