Guys I work for a Hydraulic engineering company and we are currently looking for a hose tech.

Medium sized (50+ employee's) and locally based company servicing a range of industries with focus on mining, oil and gas- in Australia and abroad.

Basically job entails making up and testing/certifying hoses as required, occasional fit out of units etc. We deal with low to ultra high pressure hoses (we make and test hose for working pressures up to 40 000psi +)

Experience if definitely preferred, but if you are keen, clued in and can follow procedure/instructions and and have eye for detail you may get a look in.

Pay is pretty reasonable, will he hourly wage based on a 40 hour week. Over time available.

You will be working in the warehouse in the hose section with one other hose tech.

We are seeking an experienced Hose Technician to join our Service Department.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

· General manufacture of hydraulic hose assemblies
· Manufacture of ultra high pressure equipment
· Hydrostatic & pneumatic testing
· Installation of hoses on new equipment

No trade qualifications are required but previous experience is essential.

We are looking for a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and safety.
