Dirty cheap rims and tyres!!!

Need some really really cheap rims and tyres for me to take to collie drift assault. Tyres need to have tread. Let me know what you got!
Even if I can borrow rims and buy tyres?
On a mass budget as per the typical drifter. I'm living on mee goreng again to make this event
