Sup fuckheads,

After reading a thread on PF linked from an LS1.com.au thread, I thought it worthwhile sharing this information to prevent anyone else being ripped off.

This may have been discussed here previously but certainly not recently. I was directly involved with this bloke when he tried to nick some parts from my stroker when I imported it from the states by white knighting me.

BE AWARE.

i have dealt with this kind of shit before too. bought a radiator, paid in full, $500+ and had almost the exact same fuck around. was a bloke over in melbourne

anyway long story short the online community i was with aided me greatly (calaisturbo.com). i managed to source an email adress he had previously used in one of his posts, a telephone company email no less. after posting that a great guy who worked at that same isp/phone company looked up his details and discretely passed on his home adress contact number and emails. needless to say after i called his house and had a chat to his mother (dude was like 30) and some people on the website started talking about how nice his car looked parkedon the street infront of his house he quickly realised the mistake he had made.

i now have a radiator set up for a chassis car that all but cost me $200 for the postage.

This is what you call contact details, some interesting comments with the details. ([URL="http://www.performanceforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67261038&page=8)

He works on the underground crushing station or underground pump station (he has claimed both through various medias) at the Nifty copper mine for Aditya Birla. The general manager for the Nifty mine is Craig Dawson, pretty sure his email address is craig.dawson@adityabirla.com.au .....at the very least its worth CCing on any email sent regarding the unethical use of his work related communications, such as:

This mobile number: 0458 630 724...which he is currently giving out as a contact for him while selling goods This phone is registered to his employer.

This email address: ugcrusher@adityabirla.com.au ....which he is currently using to sign up to new forums in an effort to continue his thieving ways.

Working on the timing in which he has been contactable, he has been carrying out this behavior during work time. Now, should an employee of a reputable company such as Aditya Birla, be committing fraud (a federal offense I believe) and is using communication methods registered in their name, it is only logical that they should be informed. A few emails to such affect being sent to his boss, his bosses boss and the entire board of directors at Aditya Birla were what Anthony was somewhat worried about, and as such I think it effectively got me my money back.

The board of directors email addresses would require a little guess work to get correct, however the predictable nature of email address would make it somewhat easy considering their names are all published here:
http://www.adityabirlaminerals.com.a...fdirectors.asp

Heres another contact page for Aditya Birla minerals:
http://www.adityabirlaminerals.com.au/contactus.asp

I feel really bad for posting methods and means to basically ensure Anthony loses his job, but I will sleep well knowing that Aditya Birla is a majority Indian owned company, with a board comprised of mainly Indian businessmen, fortunately Indian businessmen are renown for their forgiving nature in the work environment, Im sure no bad will come to him. (Or was that the other way round?? How should I know, Im just a stupid pingpingpingping who nearly got scammed.)

It's only a federal offence if a crime is committed against the law of the Commonwealth. Even at a state level, the Fraud squad wouldn't be interested in something as minor as this.

The Police would tell you it's a civil matter.

I personally wouldn't say $12k is 'minor', that's some pretty serious fraud here...it's not like he's stolen a lollipop from the local newsagency.

For what it's worth, my old man works at Adity Abirla...will see if he knows of the pingpingpingping.

1. Known fact police frequent these forums.
2. Yes they can get whatever details they like.
3. It was more then likely not a cop as they wouldn't just call you.
4. No one asked anyone to get involved.

As stated in other threads on this topic, issuses with private sale of items is a civil matter. Threatening to damage his car or person or even doing such things is a criminal matter.

Althoug it would likely become a criminal matter if he was never actually selling anything, if he simply was just creating false for sale threads and scamming thousands likely the police would get involved. I don't know why you guys having trouble don't sue him? It's obvious he has a steady income and thus would be good for the cash...

Just because the cops can't sort it in one day does not mean it cannot be sorted in court. Sure it's a hassle, but it is worth doing, especially for 10k+.
Lawyers cost money, however you can sue for the costs involved if it is determined he acted illegaly.

if th

a car community did, namely performance forums, and he repaid the cash he took without supplying parts offered for sale, it seems a lot more people are apearing out of the woodwork in that thread as well with stories of money owed, i somehow get the feeling its not the end of it for him from them either..
