View Full Version : second Go Pro order
due to high demand im ordering some more go pros for some friends. happy to add some more onto the order for AL members. Short changed myself last time with postage, so the price will be $265 delivered (to Perth).
Camera is the motorsports HD, wide angle lens, comes with all the mounts. All you need is an SD card.
Payments must be received by 11 Feb 2011. Cameras should arrive end of Feb.
Could people also use the ContourHDs via Steve @ Autopro - be good to support a site sponsor.
Haven't used them myself but they look like a good bit of gear. People asked me to order more go pros so thats what I'm doing. If its conflict with a sponsor ill organise it off the forums.
im fairly keen to order some..
Payment details??

very keen to order one.
I have decided not to continue running this Group Buy on here. Mods, can close the thread. For those that have already ordered/paid I will still get them for you but I wont be taking any more orders through this forum. I may still get them for friends that want to contact me via other means.
For those of you that believe you can get them cheaper go for it, and let me know when you do because I might get them from you if you can get them cheaper.
For anyone else that wants a HD camera for their car support the Antilag sponsers and speaking to Steve @ Auto Pro: http://www.antilag.com/forums/showthread.php?t=42341 about the contour HD Cameras. Very similar to the Go Pros. Ive used one before and there is no difference in video quality.

Are you blind, stupid or just in too much of a hurry to read the few posts in this thread?
Perhaps look at the date and Fetish's last post?
Oh no, that's what a person with more than 1/5th of fuck all of a brain would do.
No offense.

External would probably be considered a hazard to pedestrians.
Can't see how they could ping you for having it inside though.
That's my extremely un-expert opinion.

Hope you don't mean RAC Driving Centre? Onboard cameras are only allowed during competitive events! :\
do you know why that is Franz?

Because when RAC was considering buying the naming rights from AHG, they typed into youtube AHG Driving Centre and all they got were videos of skids - not the kind of driving RAC promote, hence the rule. Filming from the sidelines is still ok.
would make sense to ban cameras altogether if they didnt want videos of skids. hmmm.

Sorry Franz but what the fuck is the difference? Filming from sidelines will still result in skids being found on youtube! It's probably worse to film from outside as you see more smoke lol. (not having a go at you champ you dont set those stupid rules)..
Sorry for thread Hijack Fetish.
What a fucking retarded rule.

I agree; I think its retarded; what if you're someone that genuinely wants to see what you do and when for personal analysis. I think its something related to people being more excited and eager to impress when the camera is actually on the car.
