R34 GT-T: Manual, Immaculate, Modded

Due to a lifestyle change, I have since lost interest in the automotive/performance car scene. I had bigger plans for this amazing car but as stated before, I have lost interest in performance cars. While it is with great regret that I am putting this up for sale, I can't justify keeping it in my hands and it would be much better suited to someone who can truly appreciate an immaculate performance vehicle.

As you know, factory R34 manual turbo's in a sedan are extremely rare. It is also modified quite significantly, here's a list of all the Engine, Suspension, Exterior and Interior mods.

MAINTENANCE & CARE
-Washed on a weekly basis
-Always garaged
-ALWAYS strictly filled up with BP98 fuel ONLY.
-Since the car has been in my hands, the car has been serviced every 5000km's at XSpeed. It was also previously serviced regularly at Hyperdrive by the owner prior to me.
-Car has not been on a track or to the drags during my ownership
-This is my only car, so it receives all my attention when it comes to vehicle care. On top of that, I drive it everyday to and from work so I can vouch for it's genuine reliability.

I'm looking at moving this car on quickly, so I am willing to let it go at the right offer.

I believe this price is not only justifiable but also great value. Given the initial fact that a factory manual and factory turbo sedan is rare as it is. But on top of that, given the relatively low km's for this type of car, and also in addition with the amount of suspension, engine and overall modifications/money thrown into this car.

ADDITIONAL NOTES
-This car is at the perfect stage for anyone chasing more power if the potential buyer is interested (also perfect for daily driver duties as I currently use it). Bigger injectors, Z32 AFM and a re-tune will allow much larger levels of boost and fuel to pump through (Turbo can go up to approx 18-19psi, currently set to just 13psi) and should see it easily break the 300-350rwhp figure.

-Also note, if for some reason you are not a fan of the GT-R skirts and rear pods, these parts simply bolt onto the stock skirts and rear bumper. So should you wish to remove it, it's a simple case of unbolt and remove.
