WTD: Underground position

As i am aware, a fair few of you are involved in the mining industry.
What im after is an entry level role into underground mining, prefer Driller Offsider.

Have gone on google, seek, infomine etc many times and have sent out resume to few jobs that had been advertised. Does anyone know of any underground FIFO from Perth Offsider jobs going at the moment? Any help will be appreciated!

What i have:
-MARCSTA
-Senior First aid
-MR Truck licence
-C Class drivers licence
-Police clearance applied for

Also i have partially completed Drilling Operations W662 course at leederville tafe, due to broken collar bone could not finish (fully healed now).


Any help will be greatly appreciated

Won't get anywhere without a HR licence. MR is Medium Rigid ie: buses, unless i'm mistaken?

I've Offsided before, you'll definately need an UNrestriced HR licence.

I know a few guys who've done underground work before and they have said that you'll still need a HR licence.

Really? I was under the impression that you can go underground with just a C class licence.
Im organising HR licence already so should have it soon.

Don't necessarily need your hr for underground. Have you tried boart longyear? They are out here doing the diamond drilling at cliffs nickel. Also try barminco. They have a diamond drilling division with a few sites. If you want to get away from drilling try Chandler McLeod. Heaps of guys here with them doing everything from nipper to bogger operators
