Hey guys/girls
Just wondering if anyone knows any nice spots in Mandurah for crabbing?
Planning to set those crab trap nets (No scooping) because i'm lazy.
Only spot I know is under Mary St bridge.
Hope somone got more better spots
Oh yeah is the limit 10 crabs per person now?
Cheers
Hai

A spot i go to for crabs when the wind is up and cant see in the water is off the jetties in Ravenswood, went there the other day and got a dozen in a few hours while having a few beers.

First left after you pass the ravenswood hotel, then first left near the boat ramp.

Crabs: when are they due to stop running? have some mates saying we need to get down there this weekend or will have no chance of scooping any...

nnnnnnnnnnnnnegative. but do check with fisheries re: dates for crabbing, it might be restricted now. plenty of places you can scoop and still cash in, just get up early in the morning

10 per person or 20 per car load (providing there is 2 or more people).
was down there on the weekend and got a few nice ones! shitloads of boats out there at this time of year though

Doesn't seem to have affected much though, plenty of boats and most of them all pulling up giants.

I've dropped nets off the jetties at work a couple of times over the break but it's been way too hot (around midday). Still pulled up some babies and thrown them back but all reports are that there are monsters around.

Tuna heads, Dawesville, kgo.
