3.8 commo hilux surf duel fuel $5500

duel fuel, lpg/petrol
running a vp commodore v6 3.8 petrol motor and auto trans , powersteer
33" muddies , 2" body lift , suspension lift as well , springs and shocks
dark window tint , cd player . lic with motor conversion , oil pressure gauge , sports exhaust , tow bar , wheel rack , side steps

i bought this a couple of months ago with intention to go 4wd'ing , fishing etc , but i just havent had the time.( i havent even been offroad in it yet !!)

recently had a service with new fluids , tyres are 80-90% . so heaps of life left , panel and paint is good for a 4wd , most hilux surf have terrible clear coat peel , this only has a bit of fade on the roof , and a few minor dents around the body

it does need a few things done , thus the cheap price ( if all was working id want 8k+ for it )

a/c not connected or working
heater tap not connected
tacho not working
rocker covers need replacing and an o-ring in the pw/st pump ( but i have those parts )
electric sunroof switch not working
(*edit , stall problem now fixed , bad ecu plug connection/ corrosion )

Edit: what year and kms? chassis/engine etc. any accidents you know the car has been involved in?

od says 236kms , but no idea on motor kms
but motor seems strong , no smoke , or rattles , and doesnt breathe from oil cap . and doesnt seem to over heat.

interior isnt all that clean , looks like its been used as a 4wd a bit and looks a bit dusty , cloth stains inside .. but a good wash and detail should clean it up a bit.

Xibit0r, i havent had anyone look at the cutting out prob , ive ruled out the immob as its seems to be something electrical , its runs perfect then randomally it stalls , and you just start it right back up again no probs ..

i didnt do the conversion so i wouldnt know where to start . but im guessing a loose connection somewhere

i think ive fixed the stall problem , bit of corrosion on the ecu plugs .

Just went for a drive in this, goes good for a commo engine and goes offroad even better !

Id be suprised if this hangs around to be fair...
