The role:
This Blue Collar Consultant role encompass all aspects of recruitment including client and candidate management, candidate screening, advertisement writing, the aftercare of successful candidates and lead generation. You will also be supported by an experienced in-house administration and accounts team, freeing up your time to do what you do best, completing recruitment assignments!

Boilermakers
HD Mechanics/Fitters
Maintenance Supervisors/Supt Project Managers
HR/MC Drivers
Auto electricians
Labourers
Site Engineers
Warehousing and Logistics
Plant Operators
Storemen



As an ideal candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:
At least 1-2 years recruitment experience (ideally in continuous employment) from a recognized recruitment firm or in-house experience from an engineering/construction company.
A successful track record for delivering recruitment services to clients across Australia.
Experience of working in a specialized business sector (hands on blue collar work experience would be highly advantageous)
A thorough process driven approach to recruitment which encompasses both client and candidate management.
The ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
Most importantly the attitude to work hard and drive your career in the right direction while having fun at the same time !!
