Thanks to those who worked on the map and those who left nice spaces behind me during the cruise, went pretty well. "No thanks" to the person who had their high beams on behind me for ages...I passed a red Holden when the overtaking lane appeared though and it became their problem :)
I was the debadged rear silver XR6T (BF) with stock poo 17" rims/halo headlights.

Good talking shit with people at the meet points too.

Great cruise thanks to el presidente and my navigator.

I had very little to do with this cruise other than posting it.


Thanks have to go to Tristan and Rhys for writing the map and running it. Was a seriously good night and has restored my faith in open cruises.


Last time, we gave 2 months notice of our cruise, this one 2 weeks. The turnout was far more manageable and we could actually have a great cruise. Think this will be the format from now on. Don't expect much notice for one of our cruises...


Oh, and condolences to Simon, breaking another GTR box!! Has to be some sort of record by now.

From what I was told there was another cruise on last night, not triple D but another one of those clubs. Great cruise fellas.. I was suprised with the lack of muppets which was great. Was fun whoring for once, runs on freeway where great against Sustt and the commo. 2nd stop was very entertaining.. rental cars where funny as fuck and props to everyone who put on a show for us.

Was a great night. I was with some mates in my mate's BF Typhoon, wish I coulda brought my car out but not a good idea

I was a little iffy when we originally got to the first meet point and there was a VS Commodore, XF Falcon with steelies on the back and a few VT/Y/Z Commos parked up. It made us check the forums to make sure it was the right location :) We were just a touch early though and then some cars started arriving. I had a little laugh when one of them came up and asked, "What cruise is this?"

The second meetpoint was awesome, it looked great having all the cars parked up in rows all lit up, some great cars and all laid out awesome, a few cops arrived but no trouble, sweeet! Shitloads of cars there.

The third meetpoint was a little boring, until somebody started doing a burnout then things just went crazy... Who would have thought the rental would go so hard haha, it looked wicked crabbing sideways. Burnouts farkin everywhere, the wagon blows a tyre doing a powersingle, donuts everywhere, pigs rocked up and burnouts continued hehehe

We bailed on that leg to avoid the heat and just went straight to Leach and didn't realise there were so many cop cars just cruising up and down, some of them were OK and we had a little chat to 'em, good attitude and friendly, one of the pingpingpingpings in the paddywagon was a real dick offering to put us in lockup, cheers mate. Wicked screamer skid by the 33, we thought you'd almost got away but seen you as we were leaving, bugger... Nice lines though! On the way home we stopped on the freeway for a mini burnout comp, good times.

Looking forward to the next one :)
