i need about 1 meter of curly cord suitable for a work light. any ideas?

Borrow someone's work light, and cut the cord off it?

I've seen some electronics stores that carry that kind of cable... I don't think dick smiths do it, but there's a few small places that do. I've used Armstrong Electrical before for big jobs. I don't think they'll sell you just 1m though.

If it's for a 12/24V light I know where you could get some, but no good for 240V.

12 Volt shop in Welshpool should have them on hand, but jaycar would be worth a shot if they're closer, but not 100% they have them
