Ross, How hard to convert to a geared unit?

Single speed puts me off due to un fit nature of my body :(

You would need a rear gear cluster, rear derailleur and a shifter/cables.

Probably could get the parts off wiggle.com or the like for around $100 brand new (lots more if you went XTR or high end gear)
