Old man is going to be driving around a fair bit in areas with Roo's and asked me if any of the ultrasonic things you attach to the front of your car actually work, and if so which to go for?

Mate of mine drove his MR all the way from Queensland down to Tasmania with a couple of these attached, didn't have a single issue with kangaroos - I'll shoot him a message and see what he used.

In all seriousness, I've driven long distances with those whitsle things and without them. Makes no difference from my experiences, just drive a bit slower in the evenings and you'll be right.
