Im heading over to pop the 'nats cherry, looking forward indeed. Will be interesting to see if the EPA and yellow sticker brigade is as bad as a few magazines make them out to be during the 'nats.

Flying over friday and back on monday. Staying along northbourne ave. So should'nt cost to much in taxi's I hope. Going to be intense, cant believe I am actually going still.:)

Hoping to get there for it in 2012. My sister and her bf have just built a house in Canberra as that's where he grew up so free accom ftw. Shame it's so expensive to cart the car over there, I would be keen to take it over for the experience.

i went 3 years ago, stayed on northbourne, there was a bus service that runs to the nats every hour. no need for shitty canberra taxis.

Go and see the war memorial mate, totally worth it. Apart from that and the parlimant houses there sweet fuck all.

When we went they wouldnt let anyone with a nats wristband into the nightclubs. fuck knows why? Fishwick is full of strippers and adult shops.......smack bang in the centre is a go-kart track. so our walk back to the bus stop was extended by a few stop ins.
