Teenage girls working at a Perth car wash were told they could earn extra money if they showed "love and affection" to their boss, a Perth court has heard.

Girls as young as 14 were employed at the 24/7 Car Wash in Edgewater by James William Rao, 60, who touched, kissed and hugged the girls, made them wear skimpy uniforms, took photos of them in bikinis and on one occasion took topless photos of a 15-year old girl.
