Hey guys
The little bro is looking at getting a front splitter for his MX-5. The one he's looking at has reo bars that support it, and we are concerned as to the legalities of these.

Would this be instant sticker material?

So long as it's not sharp I don't see it being an issue - after all you can get front bars with pretty radical flaring on the front of them.
if the cop has any doubt about the car or mod it can be stickered.

No help I know, but I really like that. Where is he getting that from?

answered your own question really... even if it is legal, a cop can still sticker it just to make sure.

Probably but i've had bonnet pins on my car for over a year and not had any trouble, even with highway patrol pulling me over. I'm beginning to think yellow stickers are less about legality and more about luck.
its allways been about luck.

I'm beginning to think yellow stickers are less about legality and more about having an antilag sticker on your car.
Fixed.
