Yeah its not fun having chunks of rubber fly out and whack your car side at 120kph!
What I did, is drive really really slow down my street going full lock to full lock, effectively scraping the rubber off the front tyres. Worked well and got 95% of it off, and removed the rest with a fat flat blade screwdriver :)

Oh and mxracer the reason why they were probably so harsh, is cos every year everyone goes nuts at the end of the last day so they always set an example to stop everyone else from doing stuff like that too.

Still getting set up but Matt admits that some of the issue was his heavy buried right foot antics on the tyre setup!

Should spend much of this season buried deep in the 8's if they sort out the box/converter etc

He is on driftwa. Said he was running it on ethanol.

If you do burnouts on cement with just rims its bound to cause damage , pretty much inevitable really.

Not that bad really , i sourced new GTS front end so it will be back .Phil Purser made some billets to go in as last 1 was some dodgey bro spec cut n shut :(

Good stuff ! It'll be bigger / better then put back together for round 2 at PC :)

Im sure next time he'll have sticky tyres for the cruise session.

As in rims with no tyres? Rims with popped tyres? Or rims with inflated tyres? You've eluded to it a couple of times, interested to see what it's about

Once the tyres blow he just keeps going for another minute or 2 on rims , theres literally no tyres left and it just turns into a spark show , reckon broken axles might be a result of that ??? takes brains to do burnouts on stell rims I reckon :rolleyes:

It isnt meant to be an encouragment to the owner because I think hes a bloody retard for doing it , apologies to those who may be mates with him but its only my opinion. I refuse to post videos encouraging him to do burnouts , pretty sure hes already been banned from certain venues because of it.

Only keeps going on rim as the dumb pingpingpingping rednecks judging the shit like both tyres to pop . He been banned for opening door and having foot out while using his hand controls and also tried this once that didnt go down so well . He keen to do his stand on bonnet while doing doughnuts but pingpingpingpings wont let him :P
