There is a new range of car hoists arriving in Australia as of next week. It has been approved, and within a few months all car workshops across Australia will be implementing the use of these latest design car hoists. All prior hoists in ALL workshops across Australia will have to be removed and change over to the new style of hoists.
The hoists implement new safety and worksafe specifications and are a vast improvement on all other current car hoists. They are simply safer, and easier to work under. They are also dirt cheap, so workshops can save a lot of money on expensive hoists which don't meet the new Australian safety standards.
Worksafe Sam will be personally visiting all workshops across Australia to make sure they have implemented the new hoists within the next few months.
