Yah, was bored so I thought I might aswell post it up. (Haven't managed to create a topic where I haven't been flamed yet... fingers crossed)

Its a 1994 TT auto converted into getrag manual.
Story: Old couple bought it off an importer here in Perth in 1999 for $40k when advertised for 52k! (Have original receipt) It had done 38,000kms at the time in 1999. (Believeable for a 5 year old fresh import..!)

I just bought it yesterday, with 43,800kms! (They did 3,998 kms in 11 years) It looks like it just rolled out the showroom door! :) Apparently, it hasn't seen rain for at least 11 years, and sun for at least 4 bar when I looked at it.

Coilover suspension (unsure brand)
Quiet catback exhaust
HKS Pod (Soon to be changed to K&N)

MAYBE an aftermarket bov, but I'm liking the sound of the stock one.

problem is with a 2J they are already pretty good, wouldnt of thought there were to many budget power increase options for these apart from a boost controller. Pretty much gota dive straight into a replacement turbo setup wouldnt you, like nothing off another toyo would fit.

Ok, because this is actually a showcase, today:
Royal purple went in, genuine toyota oil filter, drive belt, pads front and rear, rotors skimmed (very meaty still, just was a little glazed) manual cluster, removed reverse beep, new clutch fluid, new brake fluid, band expander (keep it original) and a new K&N pod filter.
Found: radiator is made of rust - new one ordered.

Disappointment: HKS bov requires a different flange to the one I have.. so stock bov remains.... for now.

Pleased to say, no oil or any kind of leaks anywhere :)
