2002 VW bora v6 4-motion
2.8L narrow angle V6 (147kw / 280nm)
6 speed manual
4motion AWD system
Leather, sunroof, seat warmers, lots of dardy as shit.
2.5" exhaust
Coilovers
Cams and Chip tune
Replica R32 18" rims
Tint
This weekend its going to get a massive detail inside and out, might cop a de-badge too. Nothing major in the way of performance mods planned, more cosmetic stuff and making it look baller.. Also going to start working on fixing little costmetic things in the car as well..
Going to look at replacing disc pads as well with something more bitey
going to slap in a decent sound system in it too and probably some crystal LED tail lights

no offence to either of you, but didnt u wanna get rid of the 32 to save money ? haha modding that is gonna be a shitload more pricey, specially if something breaks surely.

I wanted to get rid of the 32 cos I have a kid and need something to transport him in. Im not "modding" this
I spent 9K on the 32 in 1 year.. if I can spend under that in the next 12 months on this im winning LOL if you maintain a car, you wont get any nasty suprises. I know this will be dearer for parts.. but meh.. so is a GTR
suck me off kim.
also didnt realise you had swapped, awesome!

the standard brakes are 312mm single potters, very sizable for OEM gear. Brembo's were only on it before for potential track work which Dan isnt using it for :)
The above pic isnt actually my car, just one with the same rims.. it has tint on it.
As for the swap, made sense since Dan needed a nice practical car, and i needed something impractical :D

Well I did a light 4 hour detail last night, need to buy some decent products for it so I will hold off for the big detail till next weekend.
Fixed up a couple of things.. was mentioned that the cruise control light wouldnt go out for some reason.. so I turned the cruise control switch off and that fixed it, you mad Blake? haha
Pulled the china spec DVD unit out and put in a clarion unit that a chap from work gave me... much nicer fit. Also debadged the BORA letters.
and took some pics

Sound system is alot better with the headunit change, however I still might look into chucking in some decent splits and amps.
i saw one of these the other day & was surprised how compact they are.
very nice & yeah your old 32 looked clinically clean in the pics.
nice work
