Hey Guys,

Just wondering who some of you use for printing in Perth? I've got about 1,000 photos selected from about 6,000 taken on my trip to Europe earlier this year and I want to make sure they're printed in a good quality to put in albums/frames. Not too keen on just going down to K-Mart and printing off 1,000 photos - looking for something a bit more professional since i've put a lot of time and effort into the post processing. They're all in Canon raw format and i've done the PP in lightroom.

Also looking to get a few of the favourites (2 or 3) made into canvas's or similar - what are my options with these, where's a good place to get them done.

Not afraid to spend a lot, but also keen to know some good value options.

Not really interested in photobooks but if you've had a good experience with these, let me know too.

Thanks

Jacek.

I use these guys for short runs.
they also have canvases and you can get a quote online. :)
[make sure you bump the brightness/gamma on your darker shots though.]
photoshop/adjustments/shadow-highlight....not too much or noise will show.

To be honest, for 6 x 4 size pics I just use whoever's cheapest and have never had issues with quality.
Digital Works in Victoria have very good prices on enlargements and canvas prints and such. I've used them for all the enlargements I do from the drags and they have always been very good.
