Hi,
i require a compressor which is able to deliver 150psi at the machine (air powered tyre changer). i am having trouble demounting tyres. when i press the pedal the tyre lever will spin slowly before coming to a stop. The reccommended pressure is 150psi.
could the volume and free air delivery be a problem even though the compressor doesnt cut in at all?
Is there a significant pressure drop from the hose? currently using a 10mmx10m hose
Any particular brands to buy/avoid?
So far all i've found are these

http://www.webtrades.com.au/d4374/for-sale/tools-and-hardware/air-compressors/maxus-twin-tank-compressor-wx8019/
at the moment im using a cheap tradeair spear & jackson cheapy from bunnings (direct drive 2.5hp 40l 115psi).
it seems with the bigger air compressors, nothing much changes except for the CFM and volume. max psi is largely the same (ussually 115-145psi), is this due to structural integrity of larger tanks?
any help appreciated
cheers
