Toyota made a AWD platform for this car with V8. Neil from Rush Imports had one. Rare as shit!

Not sure how the AWD V8 tranny would go onto a 1-2 JZ. Im guessing not.

that was the impression i got with his posts as well... modest it seems!

i'd imagine the V8 and straight 6 versions would have used a similar box with different bellhousings to suit...

LOL at my old supercharged + intercooled V8 doing 9s.
I understand a lot of this has to do with interpretation of what I wrote - but I wasn't insinuating anything of the like.
Yet at the end of the day, the car is history and it was nothing compared to the one in this thread ;)

Bunch of JZX povo packs had AWD, if it was any good or could cop any type of abuse would be another question entirely.
