yo guys i got about 3000 big one to spend on my R32 type M. It all ready has a 80 mill cat back, gbf blow of valve, pod, HD clutch, tein coil overs and crapy boost controler. What i needs is bigger dump pipe, slotted brake rotors and some good pads. So what would be the best turbo, EBC, FMIC, brake rotors and pads package with tune i could get for around 3k and what would be a good work shop to go to as well and what HP would i be lookin at.

thanks guys

why do you need slotted rotors, just get ur standard ones skimmed and new pads.

get a dump (china copy) and front pipe
go a rb25 turbo if u dont wanna boost above 1 bar cause they are nice and cheap
bendix ultimates are good pads
i have a gtr frount mount with piping for sale, pm me for info
i wouldnt bother with a ebc just get a bleed valve
a safc2 to tune the fuel on the standard computer

should all fit in your budget and should be looking around 230-250rwhp

I have a brand new hi-flowed RB20-DET Turbo, brand new t3 exh housing modified to accept VL exh wheel, brand new center bearing section, std rb20 comp cover machined to accept the largest avail t3 comp wheel. Turbo made 250rwhp at 15psi with just a SAFC tune on a R31 RB20-DET. Only done 2,000kms.

Thinking of selling because 2L isnt enuf. Will part with it for $750.

r33 and r34 turbos are very similar, r33 series 1 are the strongest (but oldest) and series 2 have plastic compressor wheels, but as he said if you dont boost above 1 bar then u wont have any problems with that, above 1 bar and the plastic compressor or ceramic exhaust wheels may crack on u... :)

The highflow is your best bet, dollars already spent so its new and can be boosted beyond 1bar without having to worry about it falling apart unlike the 33/34 turbo's. Add an safc (~300) and bleed valve (80) and you have cheap power.

Get one of the ridiculously cheap hybrid coolers that are floating around and get it piped up by a good workshop (ie hyperdrive) and your dollars will be gone.

All tuned this should give you anywhere from 250-290 rwhp depending on boost

Here is your front pipe

--> http://www.rzoneperformance.com.au/productsearch.asp?product=Exhaust

$165 + p&h , mettams will fit for fuck all ... $80 ish

Also 86 the cat ;)

Hybrid Copy and DIY piping would be $700 ish or $1100 ish if you got it done

Bleed vavle be fine, $80

Rom $100 and tune around $600

RB25 turbo $450 sell your turbo $200

Ferdo pads < $200

Oh and if you haven't got it already a good bosch 040 pump $250

Should see 250 rwhp or more depending how far you want to push it.

they're good honest guys that wont try to hurt your pocket.

ive seen a few highly modified machines down there getting work done, they've got a good reputation.
