post info re film cameras you have/had

i have a very old USSR film monster weighing in at about 2kg with some huge lenses which i picked up for $30 at swap meet and just scored a super 8 video camera with projector in working order thru inheritance.

im a big fan of grainy/raw images and video.

anyone reccomend a film printer? have been to a few places already, they only print from digital card etc.

i think the grainy/raw style of photography is getting pretty rare these days too

You'll need to head out to a proper Photo Lab. There's one in Leederville. Can't remember the name sorry

If I shot film id get my own film scanner then you can work the files yourself in photoshop to correct colours etc then it would be easier to get them printed too.

I've got an almost complete Zenit Photosniper kit (cant remember what year i,ll check when i get home), and also a 88 zenit 12xp

the 12xp is an awesome camers to use, ive never actually used the photosniper as it needs a bit of a tidy up/restoration

photosniper is similar to this http://www.commiecameras.com/sov/35mmsinglelensreflexcameras/cameras/photosniper/images/fsgrayr.jpg

Have heard good things about Fitzgerald's. Did the owners ever have anything to do Zimmermans that used to operate on Beaufort street.
