Usually when movies come out, studios will mess around with the imdb ratings, ie hire people to vote or whatever.

Takes a while to get a true rating. A better source is probably rottentomatoes.com

Anyway, looking forward to it. Great casting on the two bad ass cops, hopefully they get some screen time!
