I am using a Transcend card reader, I plonk in my sandisk extreem card and this appears on my start menu... makes it hard to work in a few windows

it only does it on my work machine

any ideas?

Right click device in my computer, open autoplay. (win7/vista)
Or you might have to right click then properties to get to autoplay options. (XP - if I remember rightly)

Use the group similar programs option so it's less annoying, and can be killed easily

It sounds like the card reader faulty to me too. Get yourself the $50 Belkin reader. reads everything and the only 1 of 6 card readers I've never had a problem with.
