gday

just a quick question.

does anyone here buy stuff off yahoo auctions japan?

i know there is people like streeter who can bring stuff in for you, but im more interested in if anyone has placed a bid and organized shipping etc themselves.

if so how?

some sellers do ship international, but you need to be able to speak/type japanese and they don't use paypal. so international tt fees

its so easy doing it through streeter and he takes f'all from it so i'd just go through him man.

its just one email and he'll do everything for you, why make it harder and do it all yourself?

yeah you can do it all yourself, but if you cant speak japanese you will be a bit stuck. orgonising shipping and talking to the seller = talkward. i signed up a while ago but quickly realised i couldnt do much.

streeter is your friend.

check out www.importmonster.com.au

it is an english translation of yahoo auctions. the guys are based in melbourne and get everything shipped. top guys too, i bought my wheels on yahoo auctions and including all costs still saved $400-$500 over buying them here.
