Hey guys,

Just wanted a quick opinion on this. Driving home yesterday all the hydraulics for my clutch seemed to shit themselves and dumped loads of the fluid from the master cylinder. I've recently replaced the master cylinder, the slave cylinder, and had a new HD clutch fitted. Any ideas as to what's broken?

Things to note
- Pedal still rises once pushed in, but only the last inch or so (at the bottom) has any effect
- No sign of leakage on the engine-bay side of the master cylinder, but I'm fairly sure there's brake fluid on the pedal side, i.e. in the footwell.

Obviously I don't want to drive it, so I just want to know if there's anything I can quickly check/do before it's time to tow it somewhere.

Cheers

Rebuilt I'm fairly sure, picked it up second hand. Is it worth getting it reconditioned again or just a new one do you reckon?

33 GTR is a vacuum assisted master, 33 GTST is not.

If its rebuilt id be keen to see if it has been sleeved. If it has run your finger over the closest hole to the firewall flange (in the bore). See if you have a sharp edge.
