I'm back in a normal End to End Recruitment role after 12 months working as an on-site Account Manager.

Being that it is coming up to the begining of a new financial year now is the best time for me to come and see yourself about the services myself and my company can provide for you. I cover all areas of employment now being both Blue and White collar.

Cheers bro, extremely excited about this new venture ... small boutique recruitment has HUGE advantages over a larger agency ... You can provide a more personal service ... in larger agencies They send out a BDM to lure you and he promises the world for your business just to meet his KPI's that week ... then your handed over to a HS&E rep who will come out and do all the JSA and SSQ's and again will promise the world to meet his KPI's that week ... then once all that is done your handed over to a consultant who will try to find you a candidate and again tell you they are the best candidate they have seen to place him out at your site just to meet their KPI's that week and then will not follow up again after that because they already have your business so its onto the next victim.

Thats not how we operate here ... at Smiths i am all of the above ... I come out and sign T&C's with you ... I go over the HS&E part with you then I go back to the shop and find you a candidate ... when you ring the number youll get me on the phone ... not some consultant who will tell you they know nothing about what your talking about and end of the day im not going to promise things i cant make good on becuase im not doing it to meet KPI's im doing it because its my job.
